General WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR Richmond City is seeking candidates who are qualified for the position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. This position will serve as the lead operator for the City's 0.5 MGD Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF). This is a key position that requires experience with technical operations, plant maintenance, leadership and staff mentoring. Candidates should have a solid experience in water/wastewater treatment and a min of 5 (5) years of experience in water/ wastewater operations. The perfect candidate will possess a Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Operator Certification from the State of Utah or an equivalent certification from another state. Candidates will also need to possess or obtain a Wastewater Collection System Certification from the State of Utah commensurate with the size of Richmond's system.
