GRAPHIC ARTIST This challenging, full- time position, offers you the opportunity to join a leader in area news, sports and advertising. You should be well-versed in the basics of layout and design for building effective, attention getting print advertisements. This job mandates an individual who can produce strong creative material within strict deadlines, has the expertise to work well with others, and brings a positive attitude to the workplace. This position includes production of grocery, auto, real estate and web advertisements among other design responsibilities. A well- qualified applicant must have proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, plus knowledge of Acrobat, Ms word, ImageReady, Flash and QuarkXPress.
