Commercial Superintendent - (Johnston, IA)

Our company is a General Contractor that handles a wide variety of projects such as hotels, food processing, restaurants, convenience stores, retail/office, gas stations, and warehouse projects. We are looking for a Traveling Superintendent to work in our Commercial and Agricultural divisions. Manage Job site Schedule for subcontractors Create due dates Hold subcontractor meetings Coordinate materials and manpower Set up Critical Path Schedule - subcontractor are in and out on schedule Overseeing work of 50-100 subcontracted crew members on site / 5-50 subcontractors Send pictures and documentation of the project's progress to the Project Manager daily About Aerotek: Our people are everything.
