Bilingual Medical Triage Customer Service Representatives - (Tempe, AZ)
-Act as the 1st point of customer contact for incoming or outbound healthcare contact center calls, this department currently assists health plan members in eighteen different states. - Will be assisting members with health plan questions, assessing medical situation and conditions and routing calls appropriately. - Will take anywhere from 70-100 inbound calls per shift - Resolve basic and complex verbal member issues in real time. - Outbound calls will be to medical staff as needed (Nurse's, Doctor's, Pharmacies) - Gather and verify patient/member demographic details, utilize tools and critical thinking, and route calls as appropriate following standard operating procedures. $14.00 and hour Multiple Shifts!!!!
