Nobu Ryokan Malibu is a luxury seventeen room boutique hotel with two beachfront Villas, fitness facility and an ocean view outdoor pool. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated person to join our pre-opening Housekeeping team.Job SummaryClean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints. Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.----Required functions Contribute in building and maintaining a 1st-rate Guest Relations team. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Be familiar with all hotel services and features, local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
