Applicant must have at least 2 yrs of background working as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant. Sous Chef is responsible for menu execution, ordering & receiving, sanitation and maintenance and must be a leader by example, able to motivate staff to produce high-quality in a high volume, high energy environment. Catering background a plus.
