Position qualifications: Help grow business Ensure the shift operations run smoothly and efficiently. Managing a shift of twenty to 30 employees. Be able to anticipate problems and issues with big orders and peak rush periods. Work alongside employees serving customers in a fast-paced scratch kitchen environment Food prep, cook and serve customers fresh foods Conduct Regular Meetings with your staff to review goals/expectations.
