General Manager - Elements Food Service at the Science Museum of MN - (St Paul, MN)

Elements Food Service seeks an experienced and hands-on General Manager for the food service and catering operation s at the Science Museum of Minnesota. We operate 3 separate food service concepts within the building. Lancer also has a large catering operation that includes formal wedding receptions, corporate functions, company picnics, holiday parties and gala fund-raising events. The General Manager oversees a large permanent and seasonal staffing force, training, food quality, preparation, production and the public presentation of both our retail and catering divisions to ensure that we are delivering high-quality food with friendly service and the business is run in a professional, efficient and profitable manner. In this position, you would lead the site management team. You must be available to work most weekends and some evenings.
