Production Supervisor Job - (Rice Lake, WI)

McCain Foods USA, the world's largest privately owned provider of fresh and frozen food products, has an immediate opening for a Production Supervisor at our Rice Lake plant. It is preferred that applicants have 2-4yrs of supervisory background, preferably in food manufacturing, and a 4-year degree or equivalent background. Work background with SPC and Lean Manufacturing / 5S preferred. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and PC skills a must. Assignments include: Direct the processing and packaging of frozen onion rings to meet standards for safety, quality, delivery, and cost Coach, train, and supervise 70 employees Participate in or lead Kaizen events Support development of high performance work team and Lean Manufacturing / 5S practices Lead and coordinate continuous improvement meetings and activities McCain Foods and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic.
