Supervisor Housekeeping - (Atlantic City, NJ)

* Trains and supervises Housekeeping staff to ensure the highest safety, room quality and productivity standards * Ensures proper training in MSDS and OSHA qualifications * Appropriately schedules staff according to hotel occupancy, taking into consideration scheduled arrivals, departures and groups * Prepares and distributes daily job duty assignments * Clearly communicates established departmental service and performance standards; motivates, monitors, coaches and develops individual performance to successfully achieve standards * Effectively communicates service breakdowns, daily plans and other pertinent info to each shift, using team meetings, e-mail, details boards and other approved communication vehicles * Provides End of Shift Report and other updates at the completion of shift; reviews & acts accordingly on updates received at the beginning of shift
