Quality and Training Specialist The Council of Community Services is accepting applicationsfor a full time Quality and Training Specialist.The QT specialist will provide coaching, job training, and skills developmentto support the overall quality of the contactcenter staff and 2-1-1 VIRGINIA program. Candidates should haveextensive knowledge of health and human services, including assessment skillsand techniques, and background in customer service. Background in informationand referral or crisis intervention is a plus. Candidates should alsopossess the expertise to motivate staff. Position is full time, non-exempt with agenerous benefits package, paid holidays and paid time off. Hours primarily M-F2:15 pm - 10:30 p.m. with some flexibility required.
