Parking/ Valet Attendant - (South Bend, IN)

Performs parking attendant/valet services in accordance with established policies and procedures by: § Meeting and greeting customers. § Utilizing established protocol for valet procedures. § Parking and retrieving vehicles in a safe and professional manner. § Providing appropriate assistance to visitors, patients, staff members, and others by providing directions and answering inquiries; anticipating needs or potential problems and implementing measures to avoid them (i.e. recommending, if appropriate , alternatives to the valet services such as Self Park, visitor parking lots, garage parking, ect.) § Periodically patrolling parking areas (i.e. main entrance, valet parking area, ect.); notifying Security Department of any observed vandalism, suspicious individuals, etc. § Recording and maintaining appropriate records of all valet transactions, forwarding cash to the cashier’s office. § Maintaining valet area in a neat and orderly manner.
