Director of Food and Beverage - (Lake Worth, FL)

POSITION TITLE: Director of Food and Beverage DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: General Manager FLSA STATUS: Exempt SUPERVISES: All F&B, Warehouse, Store Rooms, Transportation, Catering & Event Sales, and Locker Room/Card Room Staff OVERVIEW: The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for directing all food and beverage operations and sales within the approved budget to include revenues, cost of sales, labor, other expenses and the hiring, development, management, supervision and termination of all food and beverage staff. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Formulates and submits departmental annual budget. · Prepares and forecasts payroll, food and beverage sales, and budget for all banquet, member and a la carte operations. · Reviews financials and reports any variances to General Manager from actual to approved budget weekly and monthly. · Manages and recommends capital expenditures. · Responsible for maintenance and proper care of all assets including FFE and CGS.
