Kitchen Prep Cook - (Quincy, MA)

The Kitchen Prep/Cook is responsible for preparing nutritionally balanced meals and snacks, while maintaining a sanitary environment in the kitchen, pantry and classroom meal areas. This position will manage all cooking duties and lead food preparation for children within the childcare setting to include planning, ordering, shopping, and preparing meals. Must meet all qualifications and reporting to the USDA CACFP Food Program for reimbursement for meals served.
