Northrop Grumman has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Project Engineer. Responsibilities include: Decomposing Request for Proposals and Engineering Change Proposals into Contract Statements of Work for all technical activities: Preparation of the Proposal Basis of Estimates Coordinating between all program elements to ensure there are no technical escapes Historical Cost Collection Responsibilities Accountabilities Matrix (RAM) Ensure traceability between technical work scope/baseline on programs and CSOW requirements. Maintain alignment between CM/DM and contractual obligations Assess contractual impacts of program changes Technical oversight of supplier documents to ensure compliance; CSOWs, Requirements/Specs, Test Procedures Tailoring standard WBS structure to a specific program IMS Integration of technical activities into program baseline Risk and Opportunities Management Boards Issue Management/Resolution CARD (Cost Analysis Requirements Document) Outstanding communication, people skills
