Job summary:Description: A Team Lead with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for developing and training Teammates to ensure understanding of company policies, standards of conduct, basic sales techniques, dialer protocol and HGV product knowledge. What will I be doing? Assist in executing the overall team production plan.
