LITIGATION ATTORNEY THE WOODLANDS, TEXASBoutique Plaintiff's Law firm located in The Woodlands, Texas is seeking a 6-10 yr litigation associate admitted in the State of Texas to focus primarily on large high dollar personal injury and commercial litigation. The firm handles complex civil personal injury and commercial litigation matters on behalf of individuals and some corporate clients.Applicants must have strong analytical, research and written correspondence skills. Candidate will be working in a small team environment. Applicants must also possess background handling matters from inception through trial, including deposition background. Trial background is preferable. Candidate will be assisting in trying lawsuits.Attorney must be willing to travel out of state from time to time.Ideal applicants will have strong writing, research, organizational and issue solving abilities along with deposition, hearing and 2nd-chair trial background.Good Technical skills are preferable.
