TheProduction Supervisor will be responsible for 45 non-union hourlyemployees on a 7p-7a shift that works a continuous operationsschedule. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Main responsibilities willinclude providing leadership on the operating floor and striving forexcellence in safety, health, environmental, and quality. Alsoresponsible for coaching, training, and developing operationspersonnel in safety, quality, production, issue solving, andtechnical and interpersonal communication abilities; addressing keyissues and concerns; and interacting with employees from otherdepartments to ensure quality, on-time production.
