Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator - (Everett, WA)

Overview: This position is responsible for planning and managing Housing Hope's Volunteer and Community Engagement Program. The person in this position is required to establish and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally. Internal contacts include administration, management, staff and Board members. External contacts include donors, corporate leaders, organizations, agencies and volunteers. The position mandates effective communication, organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills and a team oriented approach. Essential Job Duties: Plan and manage the agency volunteer program including monitoring needs, creating job descriptions, designing an outreach engagement and recruitment program; screening, training, tracking volunteer activity, evaluating and appropriately recognizing volunteers.
