Job overview: Responsible for providing 24 hour care on a close, personal basis and assisting in establishing an appropriate home environment that provides supervision and support for a range of daily living activities for group home residents and day to day household functions of the lodge. Requires High-school diploma or equivalent and 1yr of background involving adolescents. Two Years of college or Bachelors degree preferred. Valid Driver's License Required. *All Residential Counselor positions may include weekend hours 14:15-22:45 Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat Week 2: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri *HS Diploma or equiv and one year exp working with children in a group setting *Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/univ in a field unrelated to social work or psychology and six months exp working with children in a group setting *Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/univ in social work, psychology or related position
