Security Officer - (Port Angeles, WA)

POSITION DETAILS Responsible for the security and safety of patients, visitors, Olympic Medical Center personnel and property. REQUIREMENTS AND EQUIPMENT COMPETENCIES EDUCATION High-school degree or equivalent required. Associates degree in criminal justice preferred. EXPERIENCE Two Years of hospital security or law enforcement experience wanted. Prior work in dealing with detox/psych patients is also preferred. LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS Certified Health Care Security Professional preferred. Must pass the IAHSS Basic Hospital Security Officer course within 90 days of hire. BLS certified.
