Manager QA Operations-BAKERSFIELD-FRESNO - (Bakersfield, CA)

Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance Operations this person will effectively develop and manage Quality Assurance initiatives in multiple facilities, on a national level, working with Plant Managers, site Quality Assurance Manager and Quality staff. Support US dairy processing facilities as needed. Participate on various Food Safety and Quality teams with productive interaction, to include: MTA, LIMS, FSMA, and HARPC. Assist with Corporate, Regulatory, Vendor or Customer Audits. Develop and modify Food Safety and Quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) and manuals. Develop and assist plants with Food Safety and Quality training to include GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, etc. Significant travel involved on a national scale (70%) For consideration please send resume as a Microsoft word attachment
