Mortgage Closing Quality Analysts/Financial - (Cedar Rapids, IA)

Kelly Services is seeking Mortgage Closing Quality Analysts for our national financial client in downtown Cedar Rapids, IA. These are full-time, temp-perm positions paying $16.00/hr to start with benefits available in the 1st 30 days. Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 7:30 pm schedule with overtime as needed each month. There is NO paid parking for this location. Description • Provide data entry and data analysis support for issue of Closing Disclosures by client staff. • Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards. • Documents quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review. • Provides details to assist in giving feedback to employees. • Ensures proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
