Training and Manpower Coordinator - (Greensburg, IN)

Training and Manpower Coordinator Core Role: Coordinate training qualifications for ESA’s. Manage ESA skill level assessment timing and qualifications. Coordinate training through ARC and by other means as determined necessary. Manage ESA hiring program working with HR to keep the team fully staffed. Critical functions and Responsibilities: Develop common training assessment document for ESA’s to be used in each department. Work with lead TM’s to coordinate training and overall qualifications for ESA’s. Schedule training through the ARC and outside means. Set budget qualifications for department training. ESA hiring managers. Daily Tasks: Daily management with each department lead for training. Scheduling of interviews for open positions. Tracking of ESA assessments and follow up. Support ESA interviews as necessary based on open positions. Support management of daily task support as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise to manage multiple projects and tasks.
