Afterschool Childcare Group Leaders and Site Directors - (Carrollton, TX)

The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is currently looking for fun, caring, and creative staff to work in our afterschool programs as Childcare Group Leaders and Site Directors. Our Afterschool Childcare Group Leaders supervise and engage in activities with their group of participants. Activities include physical activity (outdoor and indoor), nutrition, science lab, creative crafts, drama, and homework time. Our Afterschool Childcare Site Directors are responsible for the management, planning and supervision of a site which has children enrolled in grades K to fifth, ranging from twenty - 60 children depending on the site. (PreK and up to thirteen at select sites) Pay: Starts at $9.14 for counselors and at $12.15 for Site Directors Hours: 2:30 " 6:30, Monday " Friday with occasional weekends for training and events.
