Production Worker - Direct Hire, Benefits, New Wages & Bonus Potential - (Fostoria, OH)

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has maintained outstanding growth and is hiring for several production associates to continue that forward momentum. The production worker at Cooper Tire operates manufacturing equipment and / or performs general laborer work that supplies raw materials, products or service associated with the manufacture and processing of tires and tire products. This position is located at our Findlay, OH plant. Job specific details include: 12 hour shifts, must be able to work a day crew or a night crew on a 2-2-3 continuous operation work schedule. This scheduling allows for some natural overtime and gives you a three-day weekend every other week. Min starting pay is $13.45 per hour, opportunities exist to make more in an incentive-paid job - in these roles, pay averages about $20 per hour once you've put in 18 mnths Lifting / carrying product weighing 50-75lbs repeatedly over a twelve hour work period
