CPST 1 Boundary Spanner - (Bowling Green, OH)

CPST one Boundary Spanner Family Service of Northwest Ohio- Wood County has a need for a CPST one Boundary Spanner in our Bowling Green, Ohio office. This position works closely with the Criminal Justice Coordinator as part of Wood Countys Sequential Intercept Mapping program. The goal of this position is to help remove barriers to treatment for individuals with mental health or addiction concerns upon re-entry to the community after recent incarceration. This position will require a high-level of follow up with clients as well as coordinating with other service providers and maintaining accurate demographic and statistical data. This temporary position will work less than twenty hours a week and is grant funded.
