Provider Relations Representative - (Webster, NY)

OVERVIEW: Responsible to ensure that all provider contracts, orientations, and site visits are completed within established timeframes. Responsible to contract provider network that meets DOH qualifications. Functions as a single point of contact for provider contracts, vendor management, provider relations and provider credentialing for MLTC and I/DD Managed Care Plan. RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate as a single point of contact for provider contracts, vendor management, provider relations and provider credentialing. Responsible for annual provider training and to educate providers on policies and procedures. Plan and manage the successful implementation and ongoing management of new contracts in accordance with prudent business practices and applicable laws and regulations for expansion counties in Upstate New York. Assure that all provider orientations, site visits, access and availability studies are completed within designated time frames.
