Youth Counselor - (Amesbury, MA)

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a human service organization, is currently seeking a Full-time Youth Counselor to work in the Amesbury Assessment program facility. NFIs Amesbury Assessment is located in Amesbury Massachusetts and is a residential assessment and treatment program for adolescent males referred by the Department of Youth Services . The Program provides assessment, stabilization, education, community service activities, life skills and pre-vocational skills training in a well-supervised and structured residential setting. The goal of the program is to fully assess each youths needs and identify appropriate future services. We are looking for a dedicated and qualified applicant with strong leadership skill, to provide oversight and supervision to supervisors and direct care staff. The Counselor Supervisor will supervise, monitor, coach and mentor program staff and youth. The goal is to create a therapeutic milieu and to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
