The Logistics Supervisor must be able to lead a team of 25 or more, off-shift hourly, union employees to improve safety, quality and service metrics. The Logistics Supervisor will build a team that efficiently conducts picking and loading in order to get deliveries out in a timely manner and consistently achieves targeted customer service metrics.
