Insurance Sales/Producer (Commercial lines and Benefits lines) - (Philadelphia, PA)

The client is looking for Producers to join their NJ teams. Summary: The company has three locations; Cherry Hill, Glassboro and Hamilton, New Jersey. We are looking for a Sales Representative for all three locations! Prior sales background with a proven ability is required. JOB OVERVIEW: Explain policies to clients and answer coverage questions. Evaluate insurance companies' proposals and determine options for clients. Refer prospective clients to the Benefits, Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Departments and assist in servicing as necessary. Review activities involving clients, companies, and other interests. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of sales background (prospecting, canvassing and cold calling) Self-motivated, team member with excellent communication expertise; strong work ethic. Knowledge of insurance markets. Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures and systems. Maintain necessary licenses. Attend community events and networking meetings.
