Core Technician - (Walkersville, MD)

Position details: Role Summary Responsible for assisting in performing procedures involved in the Class 100 cleanroom (core) according to company and departmental SOP's. Individual will set up and operate production equipment, i.e. freeze dryer, labeler, etc. Individual will maintain records to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. Individual will also assist in operations performed in the product finishing area. Individual will work in a fast-paced, safety-oriented, team environment. Foremost responsibility Responsibilities 1.Assists in the Class 100 core as needed for production runs. 2.Assists in the finishing area as needed including screening product and assembling kits. 3.Sets up and operates production equipment, i.e. freeze dryer, oven, etc., as required. 4.Maintains complete and accurate paperwork associated with job tasks.. 5. Performs daily core cleaning. 6. Prepares materials for autoclaving that are used in production runs 7. Prepares disinfectant solutions according to specifications.
