Operations Manager, Field - (Owings Mills, MD)

Operations Manager, Field Ashfield Healthcare is looking for an Operations Manager in the Field for 1 of our most prominent clients. The Operations Manager, Field will be the primary point of contact for field representatives and client District Managers ensuring successful project delivery. Within this role the Operations Manager, Field will strive achieve operational excellence in order to exceed client expectations. Responsibilities * Communicate with client contacts (DMs) regularly (written and verbal) to provide and receive updates on project performance, gain feedback, and build relationships. Supply direction to Sales Representatives on Territory Management, Expense Reporting, Time Tracking, Administrative tasks, HR and Benefits guidance. * Design and/or manage team business plans, KPI's, employee development plans, monthly reports and various client requests as scoped in the SOW.
