Job Number: 01223318 Key Role: Lead test engineers in the testing of software and systems delivery projects. Provide test guidance and execution in a full system development life-cycle environment. Prepare, review, and validate estimates, plans, and strategies for system testing efforts. Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of integration or system testing. Prepare tradeoff analyses between manual and automated testing approaches and implement the necessary strategies. Lead other testers during test execution and review, report, and approve test results. Review metrics related to defects, test cases pass and fail rates, and test coverage for continuous improvement processes.
