We are looking to hire a Assistant Community Manager in Capitol Heights, MD! REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND Assignments include the following. Other functions may be assigned. The applicant must be able to initiate and oversee all aspects of the day to day tasks as it relates to property management including: A/P & A/R, client relations, facility maintenance, property inspections, vendor management, and system data files. Also, the applicant must have applicable knowledge of Affordable Housing (LIHTC, Section 8, Section 202), Annual Re-certifications, LIHTC Compliance Regulations, Marketing and Leasing.
