Manager, Clinical Professional Practice - Whh - Clinical Education - (Winter Haven, FL)

Position overview:The Manager, Clinical Professional Practice works closely with the Vice President of Patient Services in the development and maintenance of professional practice activities that promote control of practice, safety, leadership, quality, work-life effectiveness and professional development. Performs the role of the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Pathways Program Coordinator (PPC). The Manager, Clinical Professional Practice is a key member of the BayCare Professional Practice Council, leading the Pathways to Excellence initiatives at the hospital level. As a nurse leader, will represent the Vice President of Patient Services in professional practice activities in the community and throughout BayCare Health System. Serves as a key professional practice representative on the Joint Commission (TJC) and other regulatory teams as requested. Grant Written correspondence skills preferred.
