Automation Engineer - (Marshfield, WI)

Responsibilities Collaborate together and effectively with production managers Develop designs, specifications, and control schemes for automation equipment Author, write, program automation logic to control equipment, machines and the flow of info.• Develop Human Machine Interface in accordance with the design documents Research, test, engineer, and design proto types that can be used in conjunction with CAD/CAM software Design program manuals for CAD/CAM software in a format that can be used as a training and resource manual. Program CNC machine(s) using multiple programming software. Validate toolpaths and programming for optimal machine performance. Test, maintain and modify existing systems. Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases. Oversee workflow and support internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of project, expected quality and allotted budget.
