Electrical & Instrumentation Designer - (Corpus Christi, TX)

We are hiring an Electrical & Instrumentation Designer to support industrial projects for KBR on-site at DuPont. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide instrument and electrical design for small projects under the direction of an I&E engineer and/or control specialist. Areas of responsibility include production facilities, power area and support buildings. Includes design of process control loops interfaced with a distributed control system, interlock systems, electrical distribution systems, and application of motors, variable speed drives, electrical heating and heat tracing. Assist in providing instrumentation system design, specify components, estimate project costs, generate calibration info and follow installation.
