As an internal consultant surfaces and prioritizes business specific learning solutions by managing and executing the end to end learning and development process for specified learning programs, leading all phases of the training life-cycle. With stakeholders, determines mutually agreed upon needs, solutions, roles & responsibilities, outcomes, and metrics of success. Provides feedback to maximize impact of interventions; serves as lead LMS administrator. Overnight travel as required, up to 30%. Designs and maintains learning solutions in response to business needs and consistent with industry requirements and best practices. On a recurring basis, audits existing content for relevance, quality and effectiveness; enhances content to meet industry, business, and customer requirements Delivers learning programs in various modalities: face to face, on-line, hybrid and serves as the subject matter expert for designated programs at job sites, home offices and corporate.
