Training Coordinator Job overview The training coordinator will be a strong change agent to modernize our development program to match the needs of our employees and the organization. This individual should be capable of making a collaborative effort and provide strong leadership skills to identify and adopt best practices. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Conduct mill-wide needs assessments and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed. Create and modernize training plans and methods, as well as design and develop training programs Provide direct train the trainer guidance outlining the responsibility of the trainer Assist as needed the creation of SOPs to use specifically as a training tool Specifically partner with the safety team and operational supervisors / superintendents to map out training plans
