Description POSITION DESCRIPTION Responsible for creating a welcoming 1st impression of Kalahari Resorts. Responsible for providing current details about the resort, local area, attractions and events as well as greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations. Public transportation available to Kalahari through Monroe County Transit Authority (MCTA) by way of the Silver Route. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A high-school degree or equivalent and/or at least 1yr of progressive experience in a hotel, resort or customer service related position. LICENSE/PERMITS REQUIRED: Valid driver's license. REQUIRED SKILL: Computer requirements required. Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly. KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE: Must be proficient in Windows software, and copy, fax, and telephone equipment. PRIOR REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED: Customer service experience wanted.
