Description POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for creating a welcoming 1st impression of Kalahari Resorts. Responsible for providing current info about the resort, local area, attractions and events as well as greeting guests, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations. Public transportation available to Kalahari through Monroe County Transit Authority (MCTA) by way of the Silver Route. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: A high-school diploma or equivalent and/or at least 1 year of progressive background in a hotel, resort or customer service related position. LICENSE/PERMITS REQUIRED: Valid driver's license. REQUIRED SKILL: Computer background required. Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly. KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE: Must be proficient in Windows software, and copy, fax, and telephone equipment. PREVIOUS BACKGROUND REQUIRED: Customer service background preferred.
