Restaurant Manager - (Wisconsin Dells, WI)

Description POSITION DESCRIPTION Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant's dining room and kitchen areas. QUALIFICATION STANDARDS EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: High-school certificate or general education degree (GED) is required. three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background is needed. four to 5 yrs extensive background in restaurant, bar, banquet and kitchen management required. LICENSE/PERMITS REQUIRED: Valid driver's license required and must be least 21yrs of age. State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.
