Position title: (SOCOM OandM) Telecommunications Specialist Location: Ft. Bragg, NC Position description: Telecommunications Specialists provide regular maintenance and ensure telecommunication devices function properly. They require strong interpersonal and communication expertise to interact with Contractor and Government staff and communicate technical issues in non-technical language. In addition, Telecommunications Specialists provide customer support for technical requests, process data to locate possible issues, and process voicemail and calling card requests.
