The SHAPE Specialist brings their own unique background, creativity, and passion to those in recovery. The SHAPE Specialist will serve as a true coach to those looking to enrich their quality of life by providing housing and employment support that enhances and assists with their personal goals of recovery. A therapeutic alliance will be formed between the Specialist and the Participant though engagement out in the community as well as in the office setting. The SHAPE specialist will encourage the participant by leading by example that recovery is possible and assisting each person in finding their own distinctive path to success. The Specialist will work in collaboration with the Participant, the clinical team, and fellow co-workers to help each person identify resources in the community that will aid in maintaining stable permanent housing and secure employment. The Shape specialist will focus on empowering individuals with the tools to develop self-efficacy and continue on their Recovery journey.
