Mpowerment Coordinator - (Dayton, OH)

JOB SUMMARY: The Mpowerment Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Mpowerment intervention for MSM. The individual will be responsible for organizing all aspects of the Project, including recruiting and training volunteers as well as organizing and supervising the groups activities. The individual will facilitate the empowerment of the young men who join the Project, and will guide the decisions and activities of the participants in order to achieve the programs goals and objectives. The Mpowerment Coordinator will also conduct client-centered HIV test counseling services to individuals voluntarily seeking HIV testing services both onsite and offsite.
