IDD Program Specialist - SIGN ON BONUS!!! - (Homestead, PA)
The primary purpose of this position is to lead a team of habilitation specialists in order to provide individuals with intellectual disabilities with productive and meaningful opportunities to increase their skills and gain independence. The Program Specialist will work with ISCs, families, other providers, and habilitation specialists to develop programming that enhances the lives of participants in the IDD programs. The program specialist is responsible for ensuring programming is compliant with state regulation. The program specialist will work with habilitation specialists to ensure they are well trained to provide quality service to residential program participants. WORK SCHEDULE: The normal workweek for this position is typically 37.5 hours; Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
