Senior Specialist, Consumer Underwriter (L07) - (Alpharetta, GA)

Position overview: Role Summary/Purpose: In this role you will be responsible for making sound credit decisions that comply with lending guidelines, while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving contractual call center service level agreements. Required responsibilities: Hours will vary between 8am - 11pm, Monday -Sunday and are subject to change based on business needs. Flexibility required - must be able to work nights, weekends and Holidays as needed. Answer inbound phone calls from stores, customers and client teams and review credit requests while maintaining satisfactory call quality standards Adhere to and ensure all Compliance and Underwriting Policies are followed Review and disposition credit decisions inside and outside system recommendations using grid and bureau details for new and existing accounts
