This opportunity exists within Business Banking Operations & Credit Services. The position is responsible for agriculture underwriting. The underwriter analyzes complex financial and credit info for commercial business or high net worth customer loans according to business unit standards. Compiles, analyzes, and documents loan data, credit risk, borrower and property details, and coordinates activity in support of portfolio management activities including, problem loan transfers, rate modification and servicing transactions. Investigates complex loan servicing requests from bankers and customers, investigates credit standards and determines credit risk associated with a centrally managed commercial loan portfolio. May negotiate loan modification provisions.
