MidAtlantic Farm Credit, ACA, an established agricultural and rural home lender has a full time position available immediately for a Loan Underwriter Team Manager. Qualified applicant could work from any of our branch locations. Responsibilities JOB DETAILS: Supervises Underwriting Teammates in the analysis of all forms of credit details a preparation of complete credit packages for all Association credit facilities. Provide support to Loan Underwriting to establish and implement a highly effective and efficient loan underwriting workflow. Serve as a liaison with Finance, SMT, AGF, and all other vendors and all other affiliations. Provide input on policy and procedures as they relate to the underwriting function, legal qualifications, compliance, and internal controls. Provide leadership in pipeline management, quality control reviews, report monitoring, and staff training for the entire Loan Underwriting Team. Provide capacity as needed to support all areas of Loan Operations and Lending.
